Tagylykova Zhyldyz Kasymovna

Founder and founder of LLC MCC “UFC”, currently MCC “Universal Credit”. He has extensive experience in the banking sector, in particular at KIСB and Aiyl Bank. Has experience working in international organizations – more than two years of work at UNDP.
As a member of the Board of the Kyrgyz Agricultural Finance Corporation (KAFC), during this period she coordinated the work on strategic planning and implementation of measures for the institutional development of KAFC. During the same period, Zhyldyz headed the lending department of KAFC and was responsible for the results of the work of 10 branches of KAFC throughout the Republic. She constantly worked closely with the World Bank, the Asian Development Bank, the parliament and the government of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Tazhibaeva Saltanat

Saltanat Tazhibayeva, on the Board of Directors of MCC since 2019, is a certified auditor, certified accountant practitioner (CAP), and is an expert in the field of financial and tax accounting.
Since 2019, member of the Board of Directors of the Association of Accountants and Auditors, since 2022, member of the Chamber of Independent Directors. From 2004 to 2019, she was the financial and executive director of HLB Mark Audit.
Currently he is the director of the consulting company HLB Scope Kazakhstan, a full member of the international consulting network HLB International, included in the top 10 Forum of Firm.
He is also the founder and director of the consulting company “Ratio Master” in Kyrgyzstan, providing accounting and taxation services.

Keneshbek uulu Ulan

Ulan Keneshbek uulu has more than 20 years of experience in the field of microfinance. In 1999 he graduated from the Kazakh State University. Al-Farabi majoring in management. In 2001, he completed his master’s degree at the Kyrgyz International University with a degree in Banking.
Since 2000, his work has been associated with the microfinance sector, when Ulan began working at the Kyrgyz Agricultural Finance Corporation.
He has been working at Universal Credit since its founding in 2006, and has worked his way up from a credit specialist to the director of the Company. Has numerous certificates of specialized courses in the field of microfinance.
Currently he is a member of the Board of Directors of MCC “Universal Credit”. He has the honorary title of the Association of Microfinance Organizations – “Excellence in Microfinance”.
Since 2022, member of the Board of Directors of the Association of Microfinance Organizations.

Baizhumanova Anara

Baizhumanova Anara, from 2019 to 2023 was a member of the Board of Directors of MCC “Universal Credit”.
Since February 2023, he has been a Director of the Company. She has more than 15 years of experience in the banking sector, from 2011 to 2014 she was a member of the Management Board of Bai-Tushum Bank. Certified trainer in financial literacy, has experience in implementing and certifying the Bank according to standards for protecting the interests of clients – SMART.
An expert in the field of small business development, has 20 years of experience in implementing projects with such international organizations as the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ), the Delegation of the European Union to the Kyrgyz Republic, the International Finance Corporation (IFC), the United States Agency for International Development (USAID ) and etc.
Currently he is the director of the consulting company Spot On Consulting.

Credit manager

Tanabaev Aibek Mekenovich

Aibek, has been working at MCC “Universal Credit” since 2009. Has more than 25 years of experience in the microfinance sector.
From 2020 is the Company’s credit manager, heads the lending process, development and implementation of new credit products. Coordinated an IFC project on housing finance for household energy efficiency.
He has received awards for many years of conscientious work, professionalism and active participation in the development of the microfinance sector, including from the Association of Microfinance Organizations.

Bordubaeva Sagyn Musaevna

Banking experience of about 22 years, experience in the field of accounting for more than 25 years, of which 3 years in auditing activities.

Internal Auditor

Akimbaeva Aida Emilbekovna

Aida has been working at Universal Credit MCC since 2016 and is the Company’s internal auditor.
16 years of experience in the microfinance sector as a chief accountant (8 years) and an internal auditor (8 years) is a wealth of experience and knowledge that is successfully applied in the Company.
In addition, Aida worked for a long time as an accountant at the Elimay Trading House and at the Reemstma-Kyrgyzstan company, and has knowledge not only of accounting and reporting issues, but also of the regulatory framework governing the work of microcredit organizations.
He has numerous awards from the Company for his contribution to the development of the Company and certificates from various training centers on completed training and advanced training.
